Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Depop Bump, a browser extension and related services operated via resellbump.com ("Depop Bump", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, activating or using Depop Bump, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
Depop Bump is a browser extension that automates repetitive actions (refreshing/"bumping" listings, following, liking) on your own Depop seller account, at a pace and volume you configure. It runs locally in your browser. We never access your Depop password and never act on accounts other than the ones you are logged into yourself.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- Depop Bump is offered as a monthly subscription of $12 USD per month, plus a free tier and a limited free trial.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record (currently Paddle), which handles checkout, billing and applicable taxes.
- You may cancel at any time from your receipt email or by contacting support@resellbump.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Continuing to use the service after a price change constitutes acceptance.
3. Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your first paid month, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@resellbump.com and we will refund it in full. Renewal charges are refundable on request at our discretion if made within 48 hours of the charge. Refunds are issued via the original payment method through our Merchant of Record.
4. License
- A paid subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Depop Bump for your own seller accounts.
- Each license key may be activated on up to 3 devices.
- You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute or publicly expose your license key. Accounts engaged in key sharing may be terminated without refund.
5. Acceptable use — your responsibility on Depop
- Depop Bump is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Depop Limited.
- You are solely responsible for your use of the extension and for complying with Depop's own Terms of Service and community rules. Third-party automation may be restricted by Depop; using it can carry a risk of account restrictions, which is yours to accept.
- You agree not to use Depop Bump for spam, harassment, artificial market manipulation, or any unlawful activity, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the service.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Depop Bump is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automation features will continue to work if Depop changes its website. We do not guarantee any particular sales, views or revenue outcome.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including Depop account restrictions, lost sales, or lost data.
8. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email to license holders.
